Problems Sending to Hotmail, AOL and BT email addresses

AOL/BT/Hotmail sometimes rate limit emails that are being sent to their servers, which means they only accept a few emails an hour from any particular IP address.
If you experience problems, we recommend sending emails from one of our alternate servers, if you go into your email settings and change your outgoing smtp server to one of the following:

  • mail31.extendcp.co.uk
  • mail32.extendcp.co.uk
  • mail33.extendcp.co.uk
  • mail34.extendcp.co.uk
  • mail35.extendcp.co.uk
It's also a good idea that we add an SPF record to your domain name for you, please open up a ticket with our support team and we can arrange this for you.
